Text Box: CITY & COUNTY LICENE FEES—TN SALES TAX

· City and County business license must be on public display in  your rental space.  If you do not have a city business license, you must pay a vending fee of $2.00 per day.

· As a vendor you are required to have a TN sales tax number.  If you do not have one, you are required to purchase a TN sales tax number in the office or from the flea market collector outside.
Text Box: THE TN SALES TAX REGISTRATION PERMIT IS AS FOLLOWS:

 

$5.00 per month, $15.00 per quarterly, or, $45.00 annually.

*These licenses and fees will be strictly enforced.

 

· Rules of Operations: Great Smokies Flea Market maintains a clean, attractive market, therefore the following rules and regulations are intended to benefit all vendors.

· Vendor Set-Up:  Monday & Thursday 9am until 4pm.  (To provide security for vendors whose merchandise is left during the week...variation of hours/days set up will Not BE PERMITED.

· VENDORS MUST sign in and out during setup and are required to stay within your designated area.

· INTERIOR VENDORS are requested to notify GSMF two weeks in advance vacating their rental space in order for GSFM to have adequate time to book a replacement for the rental space.

· INTERIOR & EXTERIOR DEALERS vacating are required to vacate their space by close of business day on Monday.  Those dealers not abiding by this request, WILL BE CHARGED  for the upcoming weekend’s rental space.

· ALL INTERIOR dealers are REQUIRED to open their rental space for sale promptly at 8:00 am and REMAIN OPEN UNTIL CLOSING, 5:00 pm.  Reserved exterior rental spaces are held until 8:00 am, at which time space will be rented to the next dealer, unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.  PLEASE CALL FOR EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
Text Box: *Rental Fee due at Time of set up. *Sub-leasing is strictly prohibited. *The only lights allowed in booths are to be florescent or very low wattage bulbs. *No coffee pots or electric heaters. *Reservations for space rental must be paid for IN ADVANCE. NO REFUNDS will be issued. Rental space for the proceeding weekend MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the business office BY 3:00 pm ON SUNDAY or a late fee of $20.00 will be applied. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ranked one of the top flea markets in the country and certainly one of the top attractions in the Smokey Mountains.  Over 1000 Indoor and Outdoor  Vendor Spaces with 200,000 square feet comfortable heated and air conditioning indoor shopping.  Handy-capped friendly.  Clean, numerous restrooms.  Plenty of free paved parking.  A huge selection of delicious foods and treats including famous Geno’s Pizza, hamburgers anyway you like, hotdogs, corndogs, deli sandwiches, salads and more.  Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.  Kettle Pop Corn, Ice cream, funnel cakes, sausage, bacon, biscuits, hash browns.  Live entertainment.  Sunday morning worship service.  A great place for Smoky Mountain tourists and locals from Sevier and surrounding counties to shop our “everything under the sun inventory”.  We have Mall Name Brand shopping at Flea Market Prices.  Shoppers will find bargains on everything from pets and pet supplies, unique and handmade jewelry, costume jewelry, exotic gifts, shirts, blouses, jeans, pants, dresses, shoes, socks, and all sorts of clothing.  We even have a huge selection of sporting items ranging from sports equipment to team jackets, sweatshirts, tennis shoes and sport collectables like trading cards and more.  Need tools?  We have them all both hand held tools and electric tools.
