Retaining Rental Space

All Exterior Vendors must be present in rental space before 8:00 am or the space will be rented to another vendor. No Refunds.

 

If a vendor's merchandise occupies a rental space in our interior or exterior spaces, vendor will be required to pay for the rental of the space whether the vendor is present in the space or not. Sub-leasing of space is prohibitied.
